REFUND POLICY
We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For returns, please email mikwellness.contact@gmail.com with the subject line "Returns" and include your order number, name and reason for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, advising of the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's original payment method credit card.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
* Gift cards
* Open and damaged products
* Sale products
To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If you are approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund as well.
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
